Every traditional venue hands you a fixed room and asks you to spend the budget making it look like somewhere else. Linens, uplighting, florals, draping, a backdrop for photos. It works, and it is most of what a wedding budget goes to.
This room starts with no fixed appearance. An array of high-lumen laser projectors covers a two-story wall and the entire floor, so the setting is chosen rather than decorated. That means an outdoor ceremony in a Kansas January, a venue that matches your colors exactly, and a room that looks different for the ceremony than it does at eleven at night.

Do you host weddings?
Yes. ICT Projections hosts wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners and engagement parties in Wichita for up to 200 guests. The room is an immersive projection venue rather than a traditional ballroom or barn, so the setting is projected onto a two-story wall and the entire floor and can be anything you choose.
What does the room actually look like for a wedding?
That is up to you. The floor and walls become the environment: a garden, a shoreline, a night sky, a cathedral interior, or your own photography. Our operator runs it live, so the room can change between the ceremony, dinner and dancing without anyone moving a thing.
Can we have both the ceremony and the reception here?
Yes, and it is one of the better reasons to book the room. The environment reconfigures between the two, so guests never leave the building and you are not paying two venues or arranging transport in between.
How many guests can you seat?
Up to 200 guests. That covers most Wichita weddings, ceremony and reception alike.
How does catering and bar service work?

Can we bring our own wedding planner?
Yes. We work with professional planners and coordinators regularly and are glad to work with yours. Either way our operator handles the projection, so nobody in your party is running equipment on the day.
