We work with professional event planners and coordinators, and we are happy to work with yours. Either way, our operator handles the room, so nobody on your side is troubleshooting equipment during your own event.
Food and beverage runs through an approved vendor who bills you directly, so you keep your catering relationship and we keep the room running.
