What we collect

When you submit an inquiry through this site we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, event type, date, guest count and message you provide. When you call or email us directly, we keep the contact details and the content of that correspondence so we can respond and manage your booking.

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, and device and browser type. We use it to understand which pages help people find and book the venue.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, quote and schedule a booking, and communicate with you about your event or session. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the business, such as our email, hosting and analytics providers, and only to the extent needed to perform that service.

Confidential material

Plans, drawings, site surveys and case materials sent to us for training, legal or design sessions are treated as confidential to your agency, firm or organization. We are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything. Contact us before transmitting sensitive material if you need specific terms in place first.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and accounting obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by using your browser's cookie controls.
