Most venues give you a room and a screen. This one gives you a two-story projection wall and a floor you can put anything on, run by an operator who comes with the booking.
What it is
Not a ballroom with a screen in the corner
The room is the equipment. That is the whole idea.
A conventional event space asks you to decorate it. This one asks you what it should become. An array of high-lumen Panasonic laser projectors covers a two-story wall and the entire floor, so an environment reads at the scale of a building rather than the scale of a television.
That difference is why the same room works for a product launch, a holiday party, a walkthrough training drill, and a full-scale scene reconstruction. The surfaces do not change. Only what we put on them does.

Questions about the room
What actually makes this different from a hall with a projector?
Scale and coverage. A conventional venue puts one screen at one end of a room. Here a two-story wall and the entire floor are projection surfaces, so the environment surrounds guests instead of sitting in front of them. An operator runs it as part of the booking.
How many people fit?
Up to 200 guests. That covers a full reception, a company holiday party, a shift of first responders, or a mediation with both sides and their experts.
Do we have to bring our own content?
No. You can bring your brand and media, or choose from our environment library, which includes beach, disco, lava, mountains and sharks at no additional cost. Custom environments can be built for your event.
Is an AV technician included?
Yes. A trained operator runs your content at every event. You do not hire an AV vendor and you do not rent equipment separately.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Food and beverage runs through an approved vendor who bills you directly, so you keep the catering relationship and we keep the room running.
