A Venue Nobody Describes as Nice
Nice is what people say about a room they will not remember. Put your launch, your brand or your team inside an environment that covers a two-story wall and the entire floor.
The pitch
Your content, at building scale
Most corporate venues in Wichita give you a room, a screen and a podium, and the rest is decor. Here the room itself is the medium. Product renders, brand environments, city maps, factory floors or a countdown to a reveal all land on a two-story wall and a fully projected floor, run by an operator who comes with the booking.
Practically, that means the thing your audience remembers is the thing you actually wanted them to look at, rather than the centerpieces. See what the room includes for the specifics.
Use cases
What companies book it for
Product launches
Put the product on every surface of the room before anyone sees it on a shelf. The reveal happens at building scale.
Brand activations
Wrap guests in your brand rather than hanging it on a banner behind a podium.
Client and industry receptions
A room people talk about afterward, which is most of what a reception is supposed to buy you.
Team events and offsites
Bring a department into an environment that has nothing to do with the office and see what the day turns into.
Sales kickoffs and all-hands
Numbers, maps and roadmaps at a scale a room of people can actually read together.
Recruiting and open houses
Show candidates the work in an environment that says something about the company without a word of copy.

Turnkey
No AV vendor, no rental list
A trained operator runs your content at every event. Bring your planner or use ours, run catering through our approved vendor, and spend the evening at your own event instead of behind a laptop.
Planning
What a corporate booking actually involves
Start with the date and the headcount. Those two answers tell us most of what we need. The room holds up to 200 guests, and evening and weekend slots exist alongside business hours, so an evening reception and a Tuesday morning all-hands are both workable.
Then decide what goes on the walls. There are three usual paths. Bring finished content and our operator runs it. Use our environment library, which is included with the booking and covers beach, disco, lava, mountains and sharks. Or commission a custom environment built around your brand or product, which is the option that needs the most lead time.
Bring your planner, or do not. We work with Wichita event planners and coordinators regularly and are glad to work with yours. If you do not have one, plenty of corporate bookings run straight through us, because the piece companies usually outsource, the AV, is already part of the room.
Catering runs through an approved vendor who bills you directly, so procurement keeps its existing relationship and you are not routing food through a venue markup.
Rates are quoted per date. They depend on the day of the week, the hours, and whether custom content is built. We do not publish a price list because a Tuesday morning and a Saturday evening are not the same booking. Call and we will give you a number for your date.
FAQ
Questions from planners
What kind of corporate events work best here?
Anything where you want people to remember the room: product launches, brand activations, client receptions, team offsites, sales kickoffs and recruiting events. The room supports up to 200 guests with an operator included.
Can you display our branding and content?
Yes. Bring your brand, video, product renders or presentation and our operator runs it across the wall and floor. If you would rather start from something ready-made, our environment library is included.
Do we need to hire an AV company?
No. A trained operator runs the room as part of the booking, so nobody on your team is troubleshooting equipment during your own event.
Can we work with our own event planner?
Yes. We work with professional planners and coordinators regularly and are happy to work with yours. If you do not have one, we can point you to planners who know the room.
How is catering handled?
Food and beverage runs through an approved vendor who bills you directly, so you keep your catering relationship.
What does it cost to host a corporate event?
Rates depend on the day, the hours and whether you want custom content built. Call (316) 364-7840 and we will quote your date directly.
